How do I contact candidates I want to interview?
To contact candidates you are interested in, you may send an interview request to learn more about them in a first chat. Alternatively, you may let your Account Manager know about suitable candidates for your open position(s) and he or she will arrange the interview requests for you. Upon sending an interview request, candidates are notified via email. They then may accept or decline the interview request (usually within 48 hours).
How does Taledo work for companies?
As a client, you will receive a thorough onboarding from our Customer Success and Account Management team. The recruiting process is: Create your projects and indicate the requirements for you roles, including salary, seniority and skills. Receive suiting candidates through the algorithm and/or through your Account Managers. Conduct and manage the candidate process through the Taledo TRM or your own tools. How much does Taledo cost?
We offer several pricing models according to your company's needs. Each offer is tailored individually. In general, you can choose between Pay-Per-Hire and subscription models.
What happens if a candidate hired via Taledo quits or is let go within the first 3 months?
If a candidate you hired via the Taledo platform quits or is let go within the first three months of the contract, Taledo gives you a 50% refund. Please email your dedicated Account Manager if you have any questions or concerns.
What types of candidates are featured on Taledo?
The Taledo platform features candidates in the fields of IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Human Resources. If you have a question about candidates from a specific field, industry, or sector, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are "interview requests"?
If you are interested in a candidate, you can send him or her an interview request. In an interview request, you are asked to specify the salary and position you have in mind, and you may additionally include a personal message. Interview requests are non-binding. Salary and position title are of course negotiable.
I have feedback. Whom do I tell?
Great, we love feedback! You can either let our support team know through our live chat available during business hours, or send an email to your Talent Manager or Account Manager. Additionally, you can send an email to email@example.com.
How can I delete an "open position"?
You can delete an open position in your open position overview. Note that candidates to whom you have sent an interview request with a deleted open position will still be able to answer the interview request.
How do I add another recruiter to my company account?
If you would like to invite another recruiter from your company to your account on Taledo, please notify your Account Manager and he or she will be glad to invite your colleague(s).
Which roles can I hire through Taledo Recruit?

What limitations are there?
Taledo Recruit has no limiations based on pricing models. The only limiation is in how you eventually pay for your hires. Once you have access to Taledo Recruit, you can create as many projects as you want. You can also invite as many of your colleagues as you want in order to collaborate during the recruiting process.
Which geographics are you focussed on?
Our main focus is still the DACH market with an emphasis on metropolitan areas in Germany.
Is Taledo GDPR compliant?
We are fully GDPR compliant and have regular reviews to keep this. Moreover, you are able to convert applications into GDPR-compliant Talent Pools which enable you to re-engage with candidates on a long-term. This is a major advantage of using our Taledo TRM.
