What if I don't have a CV? What should one look like?

Upon submission, the Taledo team reviews your profile to see if it is suitable for our network and clients' current hiring needs. We check your CV and may even request a call. Which companies can see my profile?
All companies using the Taledo platform have access to your profile. If you do not want a certain company to see your profile, you have the option to blacklist a company during the signup process or you may edit the blacklist field once you've finished signing up. What if I already have a job?
Your profile is only visible on Taledo if your application was accepted to the platform. It is possible to have a private profile in which you pre-approve the companies to which we send your profile. That said, we may opportunistically show your profile to recruiters searching for candidates that fit your profile. Many candidates decide to keep their profile active even if they already found a job - who knows, you might receive a better offer. Remember that you can add companies who should not
How can I deactivate or delete my account?
If you would like to deactivate your account, please follow these steps: On your dashboard, click the arrow in the upper right hand corner to reveal a drop down menu Click "My profile" Scroll down to the bottom of the page Click "DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT" If you would like to delete your account, please email your Talent Manager and let her or him know.
How can I receive feedback on my profile?
If you would like advice for your CV, job search process or interview preparation, please reach out to your Talent Manager, who is presented to you on your dashboard. You can arrange a call with them to discuss any questions you may have or feel free to drop them a line via email.
How can I upload a new CV?
If you would like to upload a new CV, please follow these steps: On your dashboard, click the arrow in the upper right hand corner to reveal a drop down menu Click "My profile" Click the green button, "EDIT PROFILE" Scroll down to the bottom and click "Upload a new CV" Don't forget to click the green button, "SAVE CHANGES"
Can I edit the summary that appears beneath my name?
The summary that appears on your profile beneath your name is autogenerated using the information you entered under the "Work History" and "Education History" sections. If you would like to change your summary, we are happy to edit it for you. Please email your Talent Manager a short summary about yourself that you would like to be displayed.
I created a profile, now what?
Once you complete the signup process, we will review your profile. Upon acceptance to the platform, you will be informed via email. Then you will be assigned a personal Talent Manager with whom you may set up a phone call to discuss your job search and any queries regarding the Taledo platform and processes.
Are you receiving an error message for an invalid CV or password?
If you are receiving the error alert: "CV PDF content type is invalid." Perhaps you did not upload a CV as a PDF, or your browser is having trouble uploading your CV. Make sure your document is in PDF format, and if you still cannot upload it, then try changing your browser. If you are receiving the error alert: "Reset password token is invalid." You are trying to change your password with an old password reset link that expired. Request a new password reset link!
I was not able to upload my CV for some reason, what can I do?
If you are having trouble uploading your CV, there are a few solutions that could help. Make sure that the file type is a PDF. Also be sure to add the ".pdf" to the end of the filename, in case it was deleted. If the file will still not upload, try again with a different web browser. When none of these tips resolve the issue, contact us at email@example.com.
