    All companies using the Taledo platform have access to your profile. If you do not want a certain company to see your profile, you have the option to blacklist a company during the signup process or you may edit the blacklist field once you've finished signing up.   • Can I edit the summary that appears beneath my name?
    The summary that appears on your profile beneath your name is autogenerated using the information you entered under the "Work History" and "Education History" sections. If you would like to change your summary, we are happy to edit it for you. Please email your Talent Manager a short summary about yourself that you would like to be displayed.Few readers
  • I created a profile, now what?
    Once you complete the signup process, we will review your profile. Upon acceptance to the platform, you will be informed via email.   • Are you receiving an error message for an invalid CV or password?
    If you are receiving the error alert: "CV PDF content type is invalid." Perhaps you did not upload a CV as a PDF, or your browser is having trouble uploading your CV. Make sure your document is in PDF format, and if you still cannot upload it, then try changing your browser. If you are receiving the error alert: "Reset password token is invalid." You are trying to change your password with an old password reset link that expired. Request a new password reset link!Few readers
  • I was not able to upload my CV for some reason, what can I do?
    If you are having trouble uploading your CV, there are a few solutions that could help. Make sure that the file type is a PDF. Also be sure to add the ".pdf" to the end of the filename, in case it was deleted. If the file will still not upload, try again with a different web browser.
